1. Demo Access & Payment Obligation

After completing your order, we will develop a custom bot tailored to your needs. Once finished, you will receive a demo to test its functionality and request any necessary revisions.

We provide a brief trial period during which you may interact with the bot before committing to payment. However, if payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe following the demo, access to the bot will be suspended or disabled.

2. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately if fraudulent or invalid payment activity is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or other malicious actions.

3. Repeat Violations & Blacklisting

Repeated attempts to bypass payment, abuse the demo, or engage in misconduct may result in blacklisting. Blacklisted users will be blocked from placing future orders or interacting with our services.

4. Communication and Revisions

Prompt communication is required during the revision process. Delays or lack of feedback may affect delivery times.
